I believe your life can look and feel different.

I believe you are capable of cultivating amazing change, and I am here to help you get there. We all struggle with negative beliefs that can take root and grow, and before we know it, we’re at a place where we don’t recognize ourselves. It happens. It happens slowly and then all at once. But you can overcome this, and I can help you. 

I specialize in working with adult women dealing with high-functioning anxiety, trauma, and depression and with couples struggling with the same fight (over & over again). I use Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples(EFT), EMDR therapy and Brainspotting to stop the negative loop of thoughts and reactivity. Together, we’ll work to lighten that weight you feel, increase your self-esteem and confidence, and build more significant connections in your most important relationships.

  • Anxiety and depression are distinct but often interconnected. Many experience them simultaneously, intensifying the overall feelings of stress, exhaustion, and self-doubt. Whether it’s constant worry & middle of the night, hampster-wheel-thinking, or the ongoing sense of exhaustion and lack of self-worth, we’ll tackle your negative core beliefs and bring back your self-confidence.

    Maybe you know you’ve experienced trauma. Maybe you don’t. Either way, trauma’s presence in your body creates dysregulation in your nervous system. Together, we’ll identify and reprocess your trauma in a safe, evidenced-based approach that feels good for you.
